NOTE: These are Rare Hungarian production tubes. Most Tungsram EF86 tubes you see often are relabeled RFT E. German tubes.

We got several small batches of 1964 Serialized NOS/NIB tubes and our packing guy made an error by not checking serial numbers via a vis boxes after testing. Sorry serial number on the top of the tubes does not match the serial number on the box flap for most of these.

Brand New MINT NOS NIB Rare JAN-1964 Tungsram EF86 - Industrial Grade Red Serial Number. Made in Hungary. Industrial grade tubes were subject to rigorous test and burn in process. These tubes were produced in limited quantities (between 5000-10000 tubes according to Zeitmann from Hungary).

Non corrosive alloy pins. NOT relabeled RFT E. German tubes which are common. Tungsram made some of the finer tubes in Eastern Europe due to its exposure to subsidiaries in Gt. Britain and Austria.

You can see the characteristic Tungsram style silver flashing on the sides of the glass. Labels are fragile as expected from that era.

Tested and matched on Top of the Line Calibrated Hickok 580 Lab Grade Tester.
