TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK. WE NEED TO TEST NEXT BATCH ETA BY THE END OF FEB. 2018
NOTE: We located this batch of 1960s Tesla ECC88 tubes with fake E88CC logo that E. Euro sources have been selling to various markets. We have removed the labels. Also, our source sent these reboxed in surplus Tesla PY83 boxes instead of generic white boxes.
NOT Current production JJ or Teslovak. MINT NOS 1960s Original Tesla ECC88 Tubes, Tesla Rožnov WITHOUT LABELS (read above). Produced in former Czechoslovakia (now Czech Republic). Sonically, these tubes were a pleasant surprise.
Tesla ECC88 tubes were copies of the 1960s Siemens tubes with Splatter Shield. Fine tubes and better than any current production or Russian tubes. Tesla ECC88 tubes were relabeled and sold by Siemens, Valvo, Telefunken etc. during 1980s when the original Western European tubes were no longer available.
TESTING NOTE: Last few batches were tested on Hickok 580 or Tesla BM215A. Current batches are tested on modified to Solid State Calibrated Hickok 6000A. Scale on Hickok 6000A is different from Hickok 580. So don't be surprised at test scores that appear in different range. For example, nominal ECC88 value on our Hickok 580 is 10,500 mmhos and it is 7000 mmhos on Hickok 6000A.
Came pre-tested by our source on Original Tesla BM215A Tester for Ia with Ugrid= -1,5V and Uanode= 100V. Test scores are written on the tubes and the tube boxes.
Price = $30 for the Matched Pair.
